To ensure the health and safety of students as well as the optimal educational value of our programs, we require each class to complete a Class Confirmation Form with pertinent student information to be completed and returned before your visit to Amaroo.
Unless the Amaroo staff member coordinating the program you've booked in for has sent you a Class Confirmation Form specific to your program, please use the link below to access the generic form.
Please ensure this form is completed digitally (as it contains drop down boxes for ease of use) and returned (emailed to
admin@amarooeec.eq.edu.au) at least one week prior to your visit.
